Our Client owned the site which contained 9 early C20th terraced houses in much need of repair and upgrade.

The brave decision was made to demolish the existing houses to create  a group of energy efficient, low maintenance, durable, comfortable properties, suitable for modern day living, and available for long term rental.

The 6 houses and 4 apartments have been designed to make the most of the aspect of the site, and provide suitable accommodation and amenity for a variety of occupants. The design is in keeping with the vernacular of the area whilst more contemporary detailing provides cleaner lines and raises the standard of the overall quality of design.
